Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of long term exercise according to exercise training time on blood pressure (BP), blood glucose (BG) and lipid profile in hypertension patient. For the purpose, the subjects of this study were separated by three groups, who the first group was daybreak (06:00¢¦08:00) exercise (DEG; n=8), the second group was morning (09:00¢¦12:00) exercise (MEG; n=8), and the last group was afternoon (14:00¢¦17:00) exercise (AEG; n=8) in 24 hypertension patient. The exercise program was operated for warm-up (10 min), work-out (30¢¦50 min), and cool-down (10 min) at one years. Work-out exercise was performed at THR 50% on cycle and treadmill. The results : At first, SBP and DBP decreased AEG>MEG but, showed a little increased DEG. At second, BG decreased MEG>AEG>DEG and Hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) decreased MEG>AEG but, showed a little increased AEG. At last, TC decreased DEG>AEG>MEG, TG and LDL-C decreased AEG>MEG>DEG, HDL-C increased AEG>MEG>DEG. As results of these conclusion, this study have shown that afternoon exercise was effect of decrease and control in BP and lipid profile and morning exercise was effect of BG control.
